Procedures During the Recent Health Crisis

Hi everyone!

We are extending our sincerest hopes that you and your loved ones are well during these stressful times.

At Mountaineer Periodontics, we are taking measures to avoid reducing our office hours during this CoVid-19 outbreak and will remain open and operational until instructed to do otherwise by public health officials.

Patient safety and comfort has always been our priority and we use universal precautions and infection control every day for every patient, not just during a public health crisis. Our clinical rooms are always cleaned and sanitized with both antimicrobial and virucidal (kills viruses) solutions which include EPA-registered labels specifically targeted against Human Coronavirus.

During this outbreak we ask that you keep your appointments. We will be screening staff and patients for fever and other symptoms during this time. If for some reason you cannot keep your appointment please give us advance notice so that we may reschedule you and make our team available to help other patients.

Important: If you are infected with CoVid-19 or think you may have been exposed, we request that you do not come in for your appointment. Please call us to reschedule. This will help us assess your current condition and advise you how to proceed so that we may ensure both your safety, the safety of other patients, and the safety of our staff.

Please contact us with any questions. We are here for you!

**Stay tuned for updates**
